Matcha Electrolyte Cooler (Light, Hydrating, Not Too Sweet)

ingrédients

- 1/2 tsp matcha (about 1g)
- 200ml cold eau
- 100ml coconut eau
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- Ice
- Optional: 1/2-1 tsp honey
Method
- fouet matcha with 30ml eau into a smooth paste.
- Add remaining cold eau and coconut eau.
- Add salt, citrus juice, and optional honey.
- Shake or stir well over ice.
Adjustments
- Lower caféine: use 1/4 tsp matcha.
- Higher carbs (training days): add extra coconut eau or honey.
- Sugar-free: skip honey entirely.
